Pros
A lot of incredibly talented and smart individuals and strong partnerships with security vendors. The work is usually challenging and continuous which is great cause your time here really flies by. The work-life balance is fair, I've seen better at other companies but if we want to reach Optiv's full potential it takes hard work. It's up to the employee to step away for a recharge when they need. Optiv is truly going places and is hungry for success. If you can see the potential and are willing to work hard I strongly incourage you to consider the opportunity.
Cons
In the past, I would have said management communication and lack of trust with the C-suite. We can see they are trying to change this with more frequent company updates and insights into what the company is striving for. Benefits are not on the same level as other companies in the industry but again this takes time to build out and it's constantly getting better.
