Most of the tasks involve manual testing and repetitive copy-paste work. There is no mentorship or technical guidance, which results in no real skill or career growth, especially for freshers. Even after completing more than six months, the promised certificate is not provided. Overall, the work experience does not add real technical value and wastes time for those who want to grow as developers.
