      Great Pharmacy Mgr in Dallas, Texas. Replacing some pharmacists who quit with better ones. Warehouse staff also stellar!

      Some pharmacy turnover during the last year but rebuilding the team well.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
