Pros

Pretty good health, dental and vision insurance. Paid holidays off, paid PTO and vacation days.

Cons

No proper training when I first started there. Then awhile later they had training, that was fast and brief. They expect you to learn new things in a week. Management is too demanding, she always loves to point out employees aren’t doing enough we should be doing more. She’s only concerned about her numbers, how much money the company is making off the drugs. At that office don’t replace employees right away when they transfer, quit or get fired. Very short staffed in all departments there.

Pros

Compensation and annual bonus structure

Cons

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
