      Exposure to variety of work and the chance to work with very experienced and knowledgeable engineers. Great people and company culture. Management easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Long periods of no work, harms young engineers development. Company badly impacted by oil downturn but may be more positive going forward.

      Pros

      Optimus is the most flexible family oriented company I have ever worked for. The company has an incredible standard of highly skilled engineers with a brilliant support team around them.

      Cons

      the gaps between work available can sometimes run longer than preferred.
