OS is top of its class in terms of sports marketing agencies. They have great people and attract top talent. We work on really cool projects and everyone is friendly.
Cons
I've been here for 2 years now and have yet to see a promotion or raise even though my managers tell me in excelling in my role. They also require me to be in office 3 days per week which was not the case when I started here. I live about an hour and a half away which makes my commute draining at times.
-Easy work
-Fun events
-Lots of free sports tickets
Cons
-Its more about sucking up to upper management than doing good work
-Going to happy hours and hanging out is more meaningful than doing your work
-Minimal room for growth unless you are boys with upper management
-Co-workers never go out of their way to help you learn new things even when you ask for help
