Pros
I worked at OPI for 2 years. I gained a wealth of knowledge that got me ready for grad school and in the field. Everyone was really nice. The supervisors were great and extremely flexible with my school schedule. They really worked with me, unfortunately, i needed to focus on school full time. I would recommend getting your foot in the door at OPI if you are wanting to get into mental health and really work with every kind of personality you read about in the DSM.
Cons
the population can be difficult. self care is important. if you don't, then burnout can come quick.
