Working at Optimum for more than four years has been a rewarding experience. I’m quite impressed with the company’s work culture. The leaders are very supportive and render their upper hand in any given ambiguous situation. As an IT company, they have a huge pool of renowned Banking and Product company clients and they have their own development centers in India and successfully deliver the projects to the overseas clients. Overall, I'm quite content with my job and the hybrid work arrangement works well for us.
