3yThank you, we rely on feedback to continually improve program to include offering competitive pay for the market. Ultimately Optimum's goal is to provide an intensive paid training opportunity to allow recent college grads to quickly build skills and experience over 12 weeks that will allow them to be marketable in the Healthcare IT industry and in positions that typically require prior experience. We make every effort to identify a client that will build on those skills and experience and ultimately offer full time/permanent employment. We continuously review our compensation model for the role and the curriculum and make adjustments as necessary to provide a competitive offering and positive experience for both the employee and the client.
