Pros
I was working in Optimum since last 2.4 years and found it to be a very good place to learn. Friendly environment with very good seniors. They really appreciate talent and promoted me in front of client.
Cons
Difficult in the beginning for people who are new to Finance domain as they majorly work on Finance domain. I was new to finance as well so talking from personal experience.
