Pros
The owner has the reverse Midas Touch. Everything he and his band of DEI corporate cronies touch turns to hot wet garbage. Yes, I know, I'm posting this in the "Pros" section, that's how bad it is.
Cons
The implementation of incapable overseas reps has completely ruined everything. The billing reps can't do simple math or decipher bills or explain bills to the customers. The tech support reps are unknowlegable about our products functions, how to navigate and work them, how to fix them. The retention reps don't care if our customers stay or go. Feedback from the customers are that they intentionally call the wrong department, sales, because we're the only ones smart enough to understand and fix their problems.
