- Hybrid schedule (2-3x per week in office) - Compensation package is decent for industry - Good resume builder (F500 company) - Good work/life balance. Not a lot of late nights. In office days most folks leave between 4-5pm
Cons
- Frequent changes in leadership (3 CMOs and 3 VPs of Media/Growth in last 3 years) has caused confusion and lack of clarity on department goals. - Marketing analytics is a fairly new dept and lacks the resources/infrastructure to effectively meet demands. - Little to no process, structure, or organization. Expectation is to adapt to a broken system. - A lot of friction and tension amongst internal teams. Constant push/pull for budget/resources. - Many decisions are made in a vacuum without data or input from day to day teams who manage programs. - Not a modern work culture. No company sponsored events, old-school hierarchy/structure, meeting heavy days without clear agendas and next steps.
