The management team are very competent and have created a culture of fair play, respect and generous commissions. The IT, dialler and contact data are some of the best I've come across. If your experienced in outbound sales and/or lead generation, I highly recommend Optimal Transnational.

No real cons related to the company to speak of, but if your not motivated by doing outbound sales or lead generation, you may find the work difficult.
