The office space is very comfortable, designated parking, fabulous like minded team (that don’t fake anything) excellent work space, salary is great most importantly to me is the collaboration with the “whole” team contributing.

As corny as it might sound I can’t think of a single one.

Culture - Absolutely brilliant team to work with, hardworking and great fun. Management - Very well supported, no micro managing, trust in managing your position, generosity has no bounds. Environment - funky office Clients & Candidates - We work alongside some brilliant clients and reliable candidates, great working relationships with each of them. Every placement is thoughtfully placed whether it be temporary or permanent, we back every placement made. Every client and candidate is treated with respect and compassion. Values, if I were to choose Optimal Recruitments values, I would class them as Quality, Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Compassionate and incredibly innovative.
