      They don't negotiate on your behalf even if you are good, you need to be ready to fight for pay raise

      VERY BAD EXPIRIENCE WITH THIS AGENCY. Manipulative and dishonest, shmucks.

      Cons

      Don't get paid x2 so need to open legal cases to get my money back. Lying about wages. Lying about job conditions If something happens befriend you straight away.
