Pros
Very broad scope of clients. Exposure to large portions of the regulatory market. Fast learning development if this is your style.
Cons
Toxic. High staff turnover. Too heavy a focus on winning new clients without looking to hire additional personnel, or implement tools to cope with these. This leads to overworked staff and some under satisfied clients. Junior staff encouraged to “compete” for more and more client work rather than grow organically.
