      Cons

      Very cliquish. Long-time employees look down their noses at new hires and have a bad attitude. Lots of forced overtime including weekends, but when business is slow, they pressure you to go home.

      Great group of dedicated people, corporate backing, but still feels like a small company and many promotions from within.

      Cons

      Always busy and parts of the year are very very busy. The intensity during busier times is not for everyone.
