      Pros

      I loved working here because it's performance based. Since I easily out work lazy people I was able to put some cash away, I averaged over $25 an hour, and was recognized for it and promoted. I'm not good at politics, just a hard worker.

      Cons

      Not a good fit for the lazy.

      Pros

      Growth is big with Optim Marketing, and you get the chance to learn how to run your own company. They only promote from within and its full commission only. You get trained on leadership, interviewing and more. So after you build your team and get promoted, your have all the tools necessary to run your own office.

      Cons

      I believe for individuals starting out they could use a base pay. It is door to door and for most people starting off that isnt the easiest thing to do. Retention rate is very low.
