      Pros

      I really enjoy team leadership and having a supervisor that cares and it is also very instrumental in assisting me in any needs when it comes to questions regarding an appraisal or fieldwork.

      Cons

      Make the compensation more simplistic. The spreadsheet is very confusing and difficult to follow. Also, the bonus structure is very confusing. I like to hit goals and exceed expectations but I feel very lost about the hourly vs. our split and how to meet or exceed that expectation.

      I enjoy the flexibility that my profession provides, as it allows me to work from home. The leaders are all approachable and friendly. We all seem to be striving for the same goal.
