Pros
Has one of the best work environment the proximity between analyst and the managers is very close and very informal is a very young company. Balance between work and personal life is great; Good opportunities to develop within the sector and in the company; There are good benefits for full times workers; Good for students.
Cons
Sometimes it can be verey intense and you need to be very concentrated cause the datas are gathered while the game is happening and some things can be lost, although they have a team to correct things from the analysis, the more events you collect, the better, cause helps the KPI. And you need to be available mainly at weekends and most times at weekdays, but for students part timers it is ok cause you can work within your schedule (but weekends are the more important ones, due to the amount of games and to help decrease the team overwork)
