Pros
Can be a great company for workaholics and people with no life outside work.
Cons
The "sarcastic" Manager doesn't hesitate to pass indecent comments. A senior female employee was on the receiving side of his comments once and she was seen leaving the office premises screaming and crying. Mr. coo was seen running behind her to console her. Imagine the condition of normal employees. No wonder there are very few women employees. Manager is not worthy of being a Engineering manager, instead he's a people manager. Mr. coo has the audacity to go on all hands call and say that employees aren't skilled and the only reason they weren't fired yet was that he 'needed' them to maintain the product, and that they wouldn't have been hired according to recent 'hiring standards' in the first place. These are just a few examples which show the current state of things here. They desperately hire people to fill the roles and then blame the employees for lack of skills. No wonder people are leaving from here in droves (some even in weeks/months of joining) in recent months and have a hard time to fill positions. The management and tech leaders have failed spectacularly in building a robust product and building a customer base for the last decade but they put the blame on people who just joined and have been with the company for less than 1-2 years. And then they call themselves "Pioneers" in supply chain. Look at their description in job postings, you'll know how delusional they're. - No proper grievance or HR team, instead Mr. coo acts as one. - Laughable infra and tech, failed horribly to sell the product to a competitor as a result. - No new customers, and the pilot customers they get are solely due to their past employee network. And the trial customer leaves shortly after seeing the state of the product. - Frequent delays in appraisals. You'll lose out on 1 appraisal if you stay here for 2-3 years.
