Some people in management took a "loan" from the Company, It is considered a fraud and stealing from company. Management openly talk about pump and dump schemes to mislead investors. After raising the investment funds, the first thing management did was to give themselves a raise and went on vacation. During the start of the COVID, most people are fired so that Management can keep company funds of their own salaries.
