They are a mission oriented organization and believe in the values of dignity, respect, compassion and more. They embrace continuous improvement and are constantly looking for ways to be better.
Cons
They do not have insurance benefits for spouses. They do have for dependents. Long term care can be a challenging profession to be in, but Opis is leading the way in this field.

The daily schedule was very flexible for my specific position. It allowed for a decent work-life balance under normal circumstances, and the people I worked with genuinely cared about their roles and each other.
Cons
Management and corporate policies feel disconnected from the staff. Specifically, when State inspectors are in the building, employees are essentially locked down and not allowed to leave, even for pre-existing personal plans. It feels like the company prioritizes appearances over employee well-being.
