Working from home chatting is good

0.10 Euros per message is far from what they advertise and is not fair to anyone. 250 messages a week is not realistic every week, especially if you do not live in Australia. Payday is not consistent. They always switch payment processors. The people who review the messages make no sense at times. Many other operators can barely form a coherent sentence.

They pay the best in the industry but very tight on their guidelines.

Micromanagement and you have to type fast to secure a sale.
