Pros

The overall work is easy and not too strainuous. Taking Yokohama tire warranty is not bad at all. 2 days in office and 3 days at home is great. The pay holidays are great But!

Cons

The micromanagement and daycare-like environment is exhausting. The three-times-a-month one-on-one "coaching" sessions are not coaching at all—they feel more like nitpicking. The constant criticism, unnecessary constraints, negativity, and inconsistencies create an unhealthy and unbearable work environment. It drains the energy and motivation out of employees.

Pros

Occasionally lunch would be provided for you. I liked most of my coworkers. I never had to work overtime.

Cons

Opensity Solutions is just Forrest Solutions rebranded. I recommend you go to Forrest's glassdoor page so you can see the many many issues they have, because they remain true. Cruel, incompetent micromanagement. Bullying of staff. Rules that only exist to remind you what you are: measley servants, far below the client. Health insurance is useless, pto is a joke (1 week sick, 2 weeks vacation. Vacation accrues over the year and neither time can be roles over into next year). Awful, awful pay. I was constantly anxious about spending any amount of money.
