pretty much nothing, except that if you are a good looking female employee, you could possibly get a few invitations / month to after work parties by the investors

The entire company is based on the liking of one or two executives that frequently changes depending on their mood swings

If you're a junior this will be good place

1- very bad management 2- no social insurance 3- if you spend your life in work hours maybe you'll reward by medical insurance 4- if you didn't ask about your rights you'll never get it 5- it's look like a family business
