Pros

I had a wonderful experience with OpenTable starting from the very first call I received from Brant. He is truly amazing, and I'm thankful for the opportunity to work together. OpenTable is an incredibly inclusive company; from day one, they encouraged us to be ourselves and made us feel confident. The entire team is exceptionally supportive and kind at all times. Overall, I believe this is a fantastic workplace. I would like to highlight my AWESOME colleagues Roger, Chad, Amber, Cris Archundia, and once again, the amazing Brant Rose. I truly love this place!

Cons

Make certain processes simpler and more intuitive for the customer, such as the account merge, and please please please consider the food vouchers for the Mexico team. We really need them!

Pros

* It's a great brand * Great partners * Decent product with strong distribution

Cons

* Management style was heavily top-down, with decision-making concentrated among a small group of senior leaders. * This was the same when they were all working at KAYAK under the same group * I observed what I felt was preferential treatment of certain employees (notably of a certain ethnicity - IYKYK), which negatively impacted perceptions of fairness and inclusivity within the organisation. * The workplace environment could be highly stressful, and concerns raised by employees were not always addressed effectively. * Staff wellbeing, retention, and morale appeared to be ongoing challenges during my time with the company.
