      - great compensation package - flexibility, remote work - great people and culture

      Cons

      - product lagged behind for a period, which allowed competitors to gain ground - influx of leadership hires from Autodesk led to an unintended shift in company culture - lack of experienced regional leadership, resulting in limited contribution and over-reliance on the team for results

      Pros

      Great hiring and interview process, super responsive HR team. Excellent culture with teammates who go out of their way to assist. Awesome product development team pushing constantly to release new functionality (that really works!). Very responsive support team.

      Cons

      There are some trade-offs with a startup like marketing budget limitations.
