Pros
The work environment is fast paced and rapidly growing. There is a very high bar for quality and delivery, meaning everyone is always on their 'A-Game'. Many opportunities exist to try new technologies or different sides of software development. Flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely. The company is growing fast, and always spreading into more facets of the Software Development field.
Cons
Time Differences. Several of the developers and clients are in different time zones, which can cause a lag in communication, or scheduling meetings for very early/very late to get everyone together on a call.
