The people is open and great to have an informal chat with. Also there is team events every year so you get to know the people in person. - Open source product and values. Working on a product that have this values behind is a great option. - The product is alive and in constant improvement and development, so it is really easy to see the results of your work live. - Small and "familiar" company where you feel welcomed from day one. - The salaries and benefits are good.

- Communication and decision processes can be improved. - Sometimes a lack of knowledge or constantly changing about the roadmap. - Still not 100% a user first software, but going into that direction.
