Pros
The consumers you serve on a daily basis are amazing to work for. The hours are really good. The majority of the staff are great to work with.
Cons
Management needs an overhaul. There is a lot if favoritism towards certain staff that Management prefers. Management also micromanages a lot. There is a lot of lack of communication as well with the Management team.
