      Free parking, free snacks, great benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Limited company vision, the board changes direction to frequently and does not look forward. They do not embrace tech (chat GPT is banned) so all tasks are manual and behind. Constant changes in staff and the longterm staff all should be fired as they toxic, underqualified and have no vision.

      free snack, a few good people

      Cons

      very political, high turnover, extremely untrustworthy senior management. They talk about caring for staff, unfortunately thats all they do talk. Small company with limited growth potential in a very unstable vertical. Senior management has a lack of vision is scared of the boards, so everything revolves around not getting beat up at board meetings.
