Pros

A refreshing approach to recruiting. The process is personal, considerate and completely different from other firms. I returned to OpenArc after working at another firm because I couldn't get behind how transactional the job-seeking process was treated. There was no heart in the recruiting lifecycle or long-term intent. In stark comparison, OpenArc seeks local, long-term partnerships and avoids the slot-filling mentality. Entrepreneurial opportunity in a fun, start-up environment. If you love helping people, you're able to create your own humanitarian brand here and thrive in an evolving tech city that is going through an exciting renaissance.

Cons

Sitting in a pit-environment can be distracting, but it does lend itself to free flowing, communicative thinking and problem solving.

Pros

Having worked with the various departments at OpenArc, I feel appreciated for my specific skills and knowledge of the business. Management is responsive and has invested heavily in creating growth opportunities for hard-working active contributors. There is a client-centered mentality at OpenArc, meaning if you need to go the extra mile, you will do so, and time has shown that you will be rewarded for doing so. There is a great bunch of staffing and software professionals in this organization who work relentlessly to deliver the best talent- resources and IT solutions to our customers, because they believe in what they do, they believe in their co-workers, and believe in their management.

Cons

I honestly can not think of anything negative to say about OpenArc- there may have been a few bumps along the way, but I feel that is the case with any growing company. At the end of the day there is a great group of hard working people that show up and work hard every day, it is truly a pleasure to be a part of this organization.
