Pros

Great co workers pleasant and always willing to lend a hand.

Cons

Heavily QA based, heavily scripted, lots of admin. This was advertised as a sales role however it is more like a customer service with an element of sales. The company is moving away from a target based KPI to a QA based bonus. I was told this is so that we could spend more time on consulting and reduce time waiting for properties to list however it seems as though we will still be expected to achieve the same numbers and refused the bonus based on subjective targets also. Management are very defensive and will push back strongly if they are given feedback so it is unlikely they will be open to discussion or disputing of these scores. Leads me to believe this is likely a way to get out of paying commissions. Lunch breaks are like scheduled and short, you will feel like you are back at school. There is a ping pong table however you will mostly only see managers use it because you barely have time to eat. You are treated like a child most of the time and not look forward to coming to work.

Pros

I really like work at this place. the CTO ,Pavel Savva ,is really a good person and smart Engineer. They uses good architectural design to build software that will serve millions of people. I'm glad I worked there.

Cons

The office did not have a 'bring your Dog Day'. I think thats some thing they can improve on.
