Not very well organized. Colleagues may not be supportive and helpful,but this depends a lot on the team and the team lead. Not many chances to build a career here. Low salaries.

You get paid on time (what times are these that we even consider this in the pros...) Friendly people in most cases A few knowledgable people you can certainly learn from

- Depressive environment, old buildings & equipment - Too many people working in rooms, very close one another - No privacy at all, your screen and things are visible to all the people around - Very low pays - Meaningless benefits where you always get to pay - Dangerous area surroundings, feeling afraid to move around - No remote/hybrid options
