If you get opportunity in this company and no other offers during notice period.. I would suggest you to take back resignation in your current organization. If joining SQA: You will not get much work. All important work will be done by US Team. No one cares much on what you do. If joining Customer support: You can enjoy the weekend work and midnight calls and comp offs which you can't avail with their policy HR team: They are epic.. you will understand their behaviour during negotiation and after you resign. Management: Good Hikes are given to relatives.. there are literally family trees here. HR are just pawns to them, but behave like rook's to non relatives
Cons
Company is making good profit's and that's why Emerson bought it. But the same is not reflected in bonus payout. Whatever low CTC they offer is inclusive of bonus payout and even for top performers they pay max 60-70% of bonus component. All most all skilled people resigned in India and HR were not able to handle the situation.. there are teams in which 9 out of 11 people resigned in a span of 2-3 months. Instead of solving the problems HR team spoke to people in harsh tone. This company is so bad for interns.. if you join here they have a 6 month notice period for them till 2 year completion. Important point to note is that 2 years period starts once probation is done. so effectively 6 month intern (if there is no extension due to politics) + 6 month probation and then starts 2 years.. You end up stuck with this company for 3 years and very minimal learnings.. Engineers in India, join this company if you want to retire here it self or if you have no interest in working. Be nice with management and you will grow.
