Pros
Lots of programs for individuals
Cons
This company absolutely does not care about their employees one bit. Our pay was severely under the average range for our roles, our programs were horribly understaffed, and the CEO only cares about the esthetics of opening more programs. After 3 years with the company, I was working an average of 55-65 hours per week (salaried at 40 hours), and was provided zero support or solutions. When I wanted to separate myself from the overwhelming amount of work, I was immediately fired with no warning. I never had a single written or verbal warning, and was a stellar employee. There is absolutely zero excuse for how this company treats their employees, and the turnover rate in any position above program coordinator is substantial because of it. DO NOT WORK HERE.
