-The work given was interesting and gave a lot of scope for personal as well as professional growth. -I was put on a HR and Leadership course which taught me a lot about the role of HR in the workplace. It also made me feel like I was being trained to perform my tasks to the best of my ability. In addition to this, completion of the course required use of all the new knowledge gained so it was a tangible accomplishment. -My main point of contact, Victoria, was very helpful in explaining the work and also making sure that I was spoken to everyday in case I had any queries or concerns. I found that the additional inclusion of myself on the company website made me feel like part of the team. -The feedback for work done was clear and prompt. -The company adjusted from the original plan which required me going into the office to a work from home role (in light of the COVID-19 situation) very well and showed how adaptable the company is.

I spent 2 weeks carrying out Work experience with Open Recruitment, from the very start Vicki has communicated well, and has been friendly, professional and approachable. I was given a lot of very useful tasks to do during the two weeks, which enabled me to learn so much about the career path I want to follow. The staff here (Jessica) are really freindly and made me feel a part of the team straight away! Although I was not there for long, the experience I gained from this company will help me significantly as I continue down my career path.
