- The salary is good, in my opinion - Choose your own hours - Working from home is convenient

- Sometimes students will be passed on to you from another teacher with little information because communication is strictly e-mail based - Communication could be better (everything is e-mail based) - Parents will sometimes cancel or have a change of plans last-minute - Must have good internet connection, if your internet is unstable it can create a poor quality lesson. - Sometimes students have problems with speakers, sound or webcam and nothing can be done about it

You get a contract and not a freelance position if you want.
