Business outlook
Pros
- There are some really knowledgeable people within the business, so its a good place to learn from others - Very friendly welcome - You'll be part of a much bigger organisation (LTG) so have the security - WFH / Flexibility is good
Cons
- LTG central manages HR, Sales Operations etc and the culture there is woeful at best - OpenLMS leadership is lacking in clarity of direction; there is no leadership - lots of good people have left over the last 18mths, and the trend continues - Marketing / communications outside of South America / Australia doesnt exist, huge oversight and a snowballing problem which is still to be rectified
