      A great company to work for, who is invested in their employees and constantly supports growth. The culture is also amazing and made working here a joy.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind - a lot of team events, some optional, if you're perhaps not someone that enjoys this.

      Pros

      The chance to work with truly exceptional people, flexible work environment, you're given a lot of autonomy, warm and friendly environment.

      Cons

      There isn't really a clear growth path, so you have to be quite proactive in your own growth within the company. This is not always a negative.
