Pros

The atmosphere in the office is fast-paced, yet still relaxed (if that makes sense). To put it simply, it's a great place to work. Chris Robbins, the CEO, is the type of leader who promotes creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, and bleeds optimism - an important quality for any leader. He works directly with employees, and isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and help out with whatever needs to get done. The company is a startup, and things can change rather quickly. This makes for an exciting environment, and typically means that no two workdays are quite the same.

Cons

The commute can be a little long (the office is located in Genesee, CO) but it's not bad if you live downtown or on the western side of town. But at the same time, it is nice to get out of the city.

Pros

The company is pretty new but that's just an advantage. Chris is an incredible CEO with amazing interpersonal skills. You will feel that your opinion is valued and frequently acted on quickly and without all the bureaucratic red tape. There are amazing minds working at the company and the atmosphere is very conducive to cooperation. You can come up with an idea, present it an hour later and have it reviewed by your peers and acted on almost immediately which is incredibly refreshing.

Cons

It's a new company and has a very heavy startup culture. While I don't view this as a drawback, not everybody is cut out for it.
