Pros
- A company that serves such a fantastic cause - truly making an impact on the prosthetics industry and the limb difference community. - A fantastic working culture. Work hard but play games, attend socials, music in the office but most importantly, you can be yourself! There is no specific dress code and you can share your interests with an open minded team who are always keen to learn something new. - No doubt the most talented team I've ever worked with! - No egos! It doesn't matter if you're senior management or an intern, you can share ideas, give feedback and very often, they can be adopted and implemented very quickly. - Located in central Bristol within the heart of the city with plenty of transport links and food options.
Cons
Nothing really but if you're work shy, have low standards and don't believe in the cause, don't bother applying :)
