Cons
-Company is still run like a small business (very horizontal management structure) -Technology is aging and it is difficult to justify the obvious shortcomings with the product -Lack of project planning makes operations inconsistent and chaotic -CEO is too involved in daily operations and should be trusting people beneath him.
