Lots of computer work. Expect to be staring at a computer for 8 hours a day

Learn a new industry, on your own though as there is zero training. HR person was nice. Employees there were also nice snd the only positive thing about my time there.

Owner/Head of Product is the worst boss (not a leader) that I've worked for in my entire career. Disrespectful, condescending, and rude. Has no clue how to build people up and encourage, and instilled a culture of fear. The only time where the office actually had a positive vibe was when he was away for a few weeks and not present. If you're being recruited for any kind of sales or marketing role stay as far away as you can- this person is clueless when it comes to either. Has no idea how a sales segment of a business should be run and would not allow someone with over a decade of sales leadership experience build up the sales function and processes of the org without constant unrealistic expectations and criticisms. if you're looking to be talked down to, made to feel like you don't know what you're talking about despite over a decade of experience- then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a leader, one that knows how to lead people, build them up, coach them, and encourage them to be better then this is not the place for you, as the owner is inept and incapable at being an actual leader.
