Unlike many places, we conduct bi-annual reviews for all positions, including HR, and we actively act on the feedback received. We have an open-door policy and 360-degree feedback system, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and care for employees in all roles, which is not the norm in most companies.
Regarding your comments about micromanagement and a toxic environment, it’s important to note that no management can publicly share all concerns raised against any person or role. This does not mean we automatically believe any allegations without due diligence.
