Working here as a software engineer is incredibly fulfilling. The company has a highly organized structure, ensuring clear processes and communication. The projects are both challenging and innovative, such as integrating Stripe payments with Laravel using webhooks. I’ve gained more knowledge in a few days here than I did in years at other companies. The team is extremely supportive, and there’s a strong focus on career development.
Cons
Although some policies and practices might initially seem less than ideal, I appreciate that the company values employee feedback. From managers to HR to the CEO, they are open to listening and making changes when necessary.
I interned here and it was genuinely one of the best learning experiences I've had. The mentorship was hands-on and real , my manager was the nicest person I have ever met, he actually took time to give feedback and help me improve, not just assign tasks. I grew more in a few months here than I expected. The team was welcoming.
Cons
Nothing major. Like any workplace, there's a learning curve at the start, but the support system makes it easy to get up to speed.
