Cons
- Poor management structure. - Lacks Diversity (predominantly white, middle aged males in senior roles) - Very little understanding of the UK market - No real knowledge or understanding with regards to recruitment - Poor training - Lazy approach to recruitment techniques (send corny spam emails in the hope they attract the attention of potential new clients) - Awful website - Refused to set up a UK bank account to pay staff in the UK - Payment for Freelance candidates could take up to 90 days
