The senior leadership team are approachable, open, and supportive, without any sense of hierarchy or ego – just real people who care about the work and the people behind it. At times, not all board members have seemed fully aligned with our mission and values. However, this is already changing with the addition of new members who clearly understand what we do, are supportive, and want to be actively involved. It feels like the direction is moving positively.
