When I first joined Ontraport, the company showed promise with a more supportive culture and clearer communication. Unfortunately, over time, leadership became increasingly unstable and less transparent about impactful business decisions. Policies around employee performance were not applied consistently, and there was a growing disconnect between the company’s stated values and its actions. A healthy workplace culture has become virtually non-existent, with only those who echo leadership's views being recognized or rewarded. Additionally, the burden of rising health care costs has been shifted to employees, despite the mediocre benefits. With an indefinite hiring freeze and unresolved internal issues, I would not recommend applying at this time.
